It's Always Been About the Land

Closed July 2017

How has our use of Putnam County and its resources changed since the founding families started populating the hills, hollers and flatlands?  How did we feed our families then?  How do we feed our families now? Various artifacts and pieces of equipment told the story of then and now.

This exhibit was made possible in part by a matching grant from Indiana Humanities in cooperation with the National Endowment for the Humanities.
