Education and Programs

As per our mission, the Putnam County Museum provides educational opportunities for children and adults on a variety of topics. For more information on our different programs, workshops, and lectures, please visit out calendar of events.

Our Education Team, composed primarily of retired teachers, provides area students with quality field trip programs. All ages and grades are welcome. Third and fourth grade classes with goals of community and Indiana history can be easily accommodated with our current educational programs.

We are always adding new programs to coincide with our exhibits. If you are interested in scheduling a field trip, please contact the Museum.
